We believe justice not only requires a fair and appropriate response to people who commit crimes; it also requires helping victims of crime rebuild their lives. We call this vision Parallel Justice for victims of crime.

We follow guiding principles for developing Parallel Justice. If you are committed to these principles in your work, we will partner with you to determine the most effective ways that you, your organization--or your entire community—can provide Parallel Justice to victims of crime.
